Family and Individual support

Below are some of the family and individual services currently offered by LENS. If what you are looking for is not listed here, bespoke support can usually be arranged. Please get in touch to discuss your needs.

Sleep support

Sleep difficulties are a common concern for many neurodivergent children and adults and can have a significant impact on wellbeing, learning, and family life.

LENS offers structured sleep clinics, delivered by a qualified Sleep Practitioner, that provide practical guidance alongside ongoing support.

Each clinic includes:

  • A one-hour individual session
  • Tailored advice based on your situation
  • Up to six months of follow-up support by email
  • Follow-up appointments as required

This allows time for strategies to be reviewed, adjusted, and embedded. In addition, LENS offers virtual sleep workshops designed for parents and carers of neurodivergent children and young people. These run at regular points throughout the year and are free to access. For more information [LINK].

Fees

  • Sleep clinics, delivered virtually: £95, including six months of follow-up support
  • Additional 1:1 virtual sessions: £50

Individual Consultations and Ongoing support

Some families and individuals seek focused support around specific concerns, transitions, or periods of increased difficulty.

Individual consultations provide space to explore these issues in depth and to develop practical, realistic strategies.

Follow-up support is available where helpful, ensuring that guidance can be reviewed and adapted over time.

Fees

  • Individual and family support: £70 per hour
