Employment and Workplace support

LENS provides specialist support for employers, organisations, and individuals in workplace settings, with a focus on improving understanding, reducing unnecessary barriers, and supporting sustainable working arrangements.

This work is designed to support positive, practical change in everyday working life, rather than relying on one-off adjustments or generic guidance.

Below are some of the services currently offered by LENS.

  • Inclusive management practices
  • Equality, disability, and reasonable adjustments

Sessions can be delivered virtually or in person.
