About LENS
Independent, evidence-informed support for autistic and neurodivergent people, their families, schools and employers.

Our approach
LENS works to improve the everyday experiences of neurodivergent people at home, in education, and in employment. By reviewing and reshaping environments and approaches, we seek to remove barriers to participation and create more supportive conditions for people to feel understood and able to thrive.
The work draws on over two decades of experience across specialist and complex-needs provision, alongside consultancy and training within mainstream services and organisations. Support is grounded in respect and emotional safety rather than compliance or behaviour control.
LENS values co-production and works collaboratively with individuals, families, and professionals to develop practical strategies. Practice is trauma-aware and informed by continuous professional development.
